About the event
Relax for 60mins allowing our minds to be encompassed by the beautiful sounds of Gongs, Himalayan & Crystal Bowls, Body Bass Drums plus many other wonderful instruments alongside the natural soundscape of the sea, trees and birds that surround us at Berry Head (Through the main Car park gates, to your right on the lovely grassed area)
Sounds with these instruments can allow you to become more relaxed and can also support with:
- Reduced stress
- Increases positive mood
- Lower blood pressure
- Pain management. (Emotional/Physical/Spiritual/Mental)
- Improved sleep.

Please bring a Yoga mat, hats, eye masks, sleeping bags/blankets hot water bottles etc- anything to ensure you are as comfortable as possible throughout, you are welcome to use a chair if this is the most comfortable option for you.
