About the event

Relax for 60mins allowing our minds to be encompassed by the beautiful sounds of Gongs, Himalayan & Crystal Bowls, Body Bass Drums plus many other wonderful instruments alongside the natural soundscape of the sea, trees and birds that surround us on the private deck at Fishcombe Cove Café.

Sounds with these instruments can allow you to become more relaxed and can also support with:

  • Reduced stress
  • Increases positive mood
  • Lower blood pressure
  • Pain management. (Emotional/Physical/Spiritual/Mental)
  • Improved sleep.

The swim is a lovely way to awaken your body after this experience to fully feel recharged for the day.

The swim is optional and at your own risk.
